A virtual place for your patients to process their feelings about infertility
Designed to help heal trauma, create community and build resilience.

Processing the emotions of infertility can take time
Providing adequate time and community for patients to emotionally process their experience with infertility can be stressful and unrealistic in a clinical setting.

Uniquely Knitted is here to help your patients process and heal
Our unique process groups give your patients the time, space, and community they need without complicating your clinical journey with them.

A process group, and really a group setting in general, was a brand new experience for me! I became comfortable with the group. And just like the name implies, I was able to process infertility. Each week involved a lesson and subsequently a discussion about the lesson. It was amazing how each lesson was just what I needed for my well-being. Listening to others stories helped, as well, and made me feel less isolated.

I joined a group on the heels of two additional support groups with another provider. This program and it’s in depth topics, coursework, medical professional development was certainly the deepest assessment I’ve experienced thus far. A force for deep introspection and analysis towards the path to healing!
Erica
I felt like a huge weight lifted after sharing my story and hearing those of others.
Bianca
I wish this group was something I found sooner. It has been a game changer in the healing journey I’ve been on for the past 2 years, completing this group was the missing puzzle piece that I needed.

+ Will you give my patients medical advice?
No! Our groups are focused on emotionally processing all the feelings around infertility. We are committed to only speaking about that. Each person’s medical journey is unique to them. You can be assured that we will not complicate the process.
+ Is this Therapy?
No, this group is not therapy. This group is an emotionally focused process group. Therapists do not lead the groups. The groups are led by trauma-informed facilitators.
+ How is this different than a support group?
Process groups help individuals work through their feelings while connecting to others in a systematic way. The content for this program is written by therapists, and our group time is facilitated by experienced Trauma-informed leaders.
In other words, it’s less intense than group therapy but more in-depth than a support group.
